 DHA Multan Development Charges || Latest News Regarding Location & Development 

DHA has delighted to announce that possession of your plot has been open.  Further, DHA Multan Management has been announced the development charges for the M, Q, R, H, A and V Sectors. Furthermore, the schedule of development Charges of Sector M, Q, R, H, U, A and V For 1 Kanal plot has been announced.  In accordance with DHA Multan has announced policies regarding development charges. The said charges shall be payable w.e.f 30th September 2020 in 8th quarterly Installments in 2 Years’ time as per payment schedule.

Valued Member of DHA Multan, the letter is sending to members who have a plot in these sectors to the registered address.

Rebate on Lump Sum payment (on outstanding amount) shall be discussed as follow:

• The 10% rebate in case of lump-sum payment till 31st Dec 2020
• The 5% rebate in case of lump-sum payment till 30th June 2021
• In case of corner plot, extra charges at the rate of 10% of total development charges shall be payable as and when demanded by DHA Multan.
• Surcharges @ 16 p.a will be charged in case of late payment
• Challans for payment of Development charges shall be dispatched/available online after 1st July 2020

DHA Multan Development Charges Waiver

DHA Multan prospers for customer facilitation and offers up to 100% waiver of Development and Utility charges. Possession Ceremony with limited gathering of Sector M was conducted at The Arena DHA Multan. Fortunate gathering was attended by stakeholders/members of DHA Multan and Business Community of Multan. Special precautions and measures were taken with regards to social distancing during the event. Handing over the possession of residential plots in Sector M is a giant hop towards livability in DHA Multan.

The possession of Sector M will enable the members of DHA Multan to experience a lifestyle which they have always dreamed for, said Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani. He also highlighted the features and upcoming projects of DHA Multan. Key branch of the event was when Project Director announced the unprecedented incentives of Waiving off Development and Utility Charges to any customer, if construction is completed within One Year. The participants overwhelmingly appreciated this announcement from DHA Multan and termed it as an excellent initiative.
